I do find it my duty as a Canadian to help if I can and encourage others to as well. It would be nice if the QOR page had a weekly or daily update of money collected (Thermometer style or something) to help motivate others to donate when they see how short they are and to show people who contributed that they are making a difference. Our history is at stake, we have to stand together, as we were trained to do, to keep the most precious of momentos a soldier could have in its rightful place. Of all the factors that contribute to success in battle the spirit of the warrior is the most decisive. Fred Topham exemplified these words and his legacy should stand for all Canadians to see.
