Hummer was a good friend to all who knew him. He finished his career as Regular Force Camp staff at Ipperwash Ontario. He had been a operational jumper at one time. I just don’t know when. I went to highschool with one of his daughter’s, Since I had grown up in that area. If you were Hummer’s friend he would give you the shirt off his back. There is not enough room on this site to tell you some of the good stories.
I will close with PRO PATRIA/AIRBORNE.
